The lesson I have been learning rings true in not just only the short sale world. I have learned that great organization equals less hassle. I was working on a Scottsdale short sale today. I called into the bank and divulged the loan number only for their to be confusion. The nice woman who was helping me with my Scottsdale short sale informed me that loan had been removed years ago.
