I get way too many phone calls from uneducated buyer’s agents. Every agent in this market should be up to date and educated on short sales and REOs! If your agent isn’t “interested” in learning about the way the market is today. You should dump them immeidately.

Any REALTOR who isn’t knowledgeable about short sales these days should rethink being in the business.
A friend of mine had a problem with an agent like this recently.
It’s unfortunate that so many are going around marketing their uninformed services.
With all the resources available there is no excuse to be caught in the dark.
