The new MLS which is for all real estate agents who use their service is by far one of the greatest creations to come out for the real estate world. I took a class on this real estate marvel today. There are so many new features for both the real estate agent and home buyer. Home buyers be prepared to see alot of great new features coming out your real estate agents from now on. It will be a great test to see if your agent knows what they are doing, if they can deliver to you the latest and greatest. Real estate agents, I do worry a little bit. I feel as if the new technology available to the real estate market could make or break some agents. I think the real estate professionals that use this new technology to the fullest advantage could possibly sky rocket their sales/business. On the opposite foot though, the real estate agents that are to slow to pick up on the new features might find themselves losing a race that a tortoise usually doesn’t win at.
