I just recently purchased a money frog. I got this decorative piece at the Paradise Valley Mall located in Phoenix. The woman at the feng shui store told me to place it on my desk at work and to have it facing towards me. Frankly, the little thing is ugly. It is hideous. But now he sits near me while I work.
Here is a little more info about them.

The name, money frog, is due to the fact that it carries the pa kua on its back and below its crown. The frog symbolizes wealth while the pa kua symbolizes protection, and therefore, this king money frog symbolizes the unity of those life aspects bringing them both to those who keep this creature into their homes. The king money frog is usually depicted sitting on a bed of coins and gold ingots which add to the wealth symbolism which the frog itself already has. Therefore, this feng shui item is ideal for those who wish to attract wealth as well as they wish to protect their money income.

Your parents always told you to sit up straight. You never understood why! It never made sense until now…. Sitting up straight is crucial supposedly. I truly had no idea and I don’t know who would. A discovery was made by researchers at the University of Leeds, UK, who found that muscles in your neck have a direct connection to your nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS). Listen to these facts! Slouching at your deak can lead to:

So, keep your feet on the floor, don’t slouch, and sit up straight or you could be cruisin for a bruisin in the future! Thanks for reading. Have a great day !

Did you know that in Australia “How are you?” is a common question that does not require an answer. It is just another way of saying “Hi”.
Isn’t that interesting!

So here it goes. Ya I said it. You MUST go out and buy lucky bamboo. You MUST go out and buy lucky bamboo right after reading this post. I don’t care if you a real estate agent, home buyer, or just a valiant reader. You MUST go out and buy lucky bamboo. You must be wondering why I am instructing you to do such a seemingly unimportant task. There are several very important and valid reasons for my thinking and here they go :
Facts
1. Plants decrease stress and increase productivity in the workplace by 12%.
2. Plants have been shown to reduce the frequency of fatigue, headache, sore/dry throats, coughs, dry facial skin, and negative well being by at least 20%.
3. Plant leaves can absorb certain organic chemicals and destroy them through a process called “metabolic breakdown” which means they can remove chemical toxins from the air.
4. Plants have been shown to increase overall happiness to the owner by bringing them closer to nature.

Why Lucky Bamboo?
1. It is the easiest indoor plant to take care of requiring only water and no direct sunlight.
2. Feng Shui beliefs say it can bring easy money, wealth, and a good flow of luck.
3. Thought to bring balance and order to space it is placed in.
4. And bottomline, it makes you look very cultured impressing anyone who walks by.
So go buy your lucky bamboo and enjoy it my friends.

So here it goes the first blog post on Real Estate Wiz Kid….
Since the premise of this blog is to educate and inform on different aspects of real estate I thought we would start our selves off with the first one being a little more fun. While real estate can come in all shapes and sizes, most people just tend to look at the cookie cutter homes in the area that they live in, and for some it can be quite boring. I thought I would show you some real esate being created to lead a life of luxury. What I am about to show you my friends is the most expensive home in the world. This home is currently being created and is worth approximately one billion dollars. Thats right I said it, a billion dollar house. A BILLION DOLLAR HOUSE!!! It is created for the man Mukesh Ambani, one of the top 5 richest men in the world, who is worth around 50 billion dollars.
So here’s the billion dollar house:

The home its self will be around 174 meters high equaling to a normal 60 story building. I say normally because this home only has 27 floors so we know there must be some high ceilings!!
What does the billion dollar house include?
Helipad
Private Entertainent Centers
Health Floor
Car Maintenance Floor
Guest Apartment
And Much Much More!!
The Billion Dollar House will require over 600 employees to be functional…
Is this billion dollar real estate too much for one man and his family?
Will the people of his home country resent him for not giving any back from where he made so much?
Do the rich have too much money?
How would the people/the market reach if real estate of this type was put on the market?
either way this dream is coming true for one man and his fortune..
