If your Arizona short sale is in Scottsdale or Phoenix the discounted price is usually enough incentive. If your short sale is in somehwere like Laveen or Maricopa, you have another thing coming. When your trying to sell a property in places where the market is way over flooded, getting an offer can be very very difficult. If you dont have an offer, you don’t yet have a short sale.
