Holiday Short Sales
Negotiating short sales during the holidays can be tough. I have an auction occuring on Friday on a Scottsdale short sale Im negotiating and normally it wouldnt be an issue. This week though, it makes me a little worried. This Scottsdale short sale would probably require an hour or two on the phone to get the auction pushed. This week, like I said, its going to be harder. During the holidays, a bank is open on certain days and during certain hours. But you can never rely on the bank’s employees. You always get some person on vacation and someone else at the bank taking personal time. It makes the short sale a lot harder. The same work and time this Scottsdale short sale would normally take me is probably going to double. Trust me though, I won’t let it ruin my turkey day though.
