So I know I wrote a post early this week about how short sales where going to be hard this week with the holidays. I warned everyone that their short sale negotiators and customer service reps were mostly going to be taking personal days and on vacation. Well my friends, I didnt even take my own advice and I payed the price. I thought to myself. Even if half my short sale phone calls dont go through, the other half will and it will be a semi productive day. Well I waited on hold yesterday for what seems like forever. I waited on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone about this Phoenix short sale I have been trying to get done for weeks. Anyways, yesterday wasn’t a productive day for me except for the fact that I learned something. ALWAYS PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH!
