Here in Louisville, the vast majority of the homes are brick (so I guess we must be an anomaly bringing the average down for everyone else). But, anyway - yes I agree with others. In today's competitive market, there is a LOT of inventory sitting out there. You need every little of advantage you can get to help separate yourselves from the rest of your competition. Sprucing up the outside is a great first step. And kitchens + bathrooms are also big winners for our market. Quite frankly, I’m somewhat surprised at #1.
