Today my office had a vendor seminar. And guess what! I won a rug. Thats right I won a 5X8 RUG! Thats how lucky I am. I win rugs and I love it! As for the rest of the seminar, it was rather interesting seeing all the different services companies were offering from around the Phoenix area. One thing that I really liked was a text messaging service one company was offering. This company provided a sign rider to put on your post with a specific text messaging number. Someone driving by sees the sign, texts the number, and receives info on the house. Whats the best part? You as the realtor, then get a text with all of that person’s contact info. Now thats an awesome idea!
