Jeff,
Being that I’m following you on Twitter, which is how I got here, I would be more interested in the Short Sale in general, since I live in Texas. You could focus mainly on AZ, but you’ll probably end up with a larger following if you continue to add in snippets of general information that will be applicable to anyone interested in RE in general.

I just found your blog through another post that referred me here. The information that you provide on the Arizone Real estate market is tremendously helpful and I would love to see more information on it. I wouldn’t mind seeing some more info on the home refinancing and or rates that you have been seeing in your area. Keep up the good work!
