Being that I’m following you on Twitter, which is how I got here, I would be more interested in the Short Sale in general, since I live in Texas. You could focus mainly on AZ, but you’ll probably end up with a larger following if you continue to add in snippets of general information that will be applicable to anyone interested in RE in general.
