Short Sale Class
I am attanding one of the many short sale classes avalable to us realtors. There are so mnay to choose from that it is hard to know which one’s are the best. Well I have decided to invest 4 hours of my time into this one. Ill let you know if the short sale class was worth

i need to move to the school district my children are in, our house was a 5 year plan and of course we are now underwater with it by about $100k. we can afford our mortgage and would like to short sale, what are my options?
